Next Day (delivered within the hours of 8am – 6pm) when placed before 12 am Mon-Thurs. Please note we don’t currently offer a Saturday delivery service so any orders placed after 12am on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday and if it is a Bank Holiday Monday they will be delivered on Wednesday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For UK N Ireland Customers
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item(s) back to us in its original condition within 14 days of the order date. The item(s) must arrive back to us within this time frame to qualify for a full refund, so please ensure you take this time allowance into consideration when selecting a postage duration for your item.
While the goods are in your possession it is your responsibility to look after the item, we will not accept items back that are marked with deodorant, fake tan or make up or which have a scent of perfume, smoke or body odour. All goods will be inspected on return and if are damaged or marked in any form will be returned to you. We will issue a full refund to the card the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate size/colour if you wish.
Returned items must have all their original tags in place. If these tags are tampered with or removed the return will be refused. Only remove security tape once you are happy you want to keep the item.
In order to return an item you are required to complete the returns form, which was enclosed with your order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return. Please ensure you get Proof of Postage when returning items using your own label or from which ever method you use to post it back to us.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Exchanges are normally processed the same working day we receive your item back. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will refund your account. Exchanges must be returned within the returns time scale of 14 days from receipt.
For Non UK Customers
International deliveries must be returned within 20 days of receipt of their goods. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost. Any returned item which have been worn or washed will be returned to you.
Currently we do not offer a free returns service for International Returns. Please return your item to us using a standard tracked service and obtain a postage receipt as you’ll need this as your proof of return. Once we have received your item(s) we will refund the cost of them within 5-14 days of receipt.
Please note this applies to items received within the applicable returns period or faulty items.
Please note that refunds will only include the original UK standard delivery cost. Any other delivery cost (next day, international delivery etc) will not be refunded.
Please note International orders may incur custom duties and taxes.

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of JEVA fashion and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We offer refunds on undamaged Sale items purchased online within 7 days of it being received by you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
UK and N Ireland
When returning items to us, please place your return goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Please ensure you fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Currently we do not offer a free returns service for UK and N. Ireland, the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures your parcel for the value of the goods you’re returning to us. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you’ll need this as your proof of return. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to return to us.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
Please email email@example.com with your full name, order number and proof of postage and will confirm if we’ve received your item(s) or not. Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to reach us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide a proof of postage.
HOW I DO RETURN AN INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEM?
If we have sent you an incorrect item or it is faulty, damaged or of an unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery changes that it cost to receive and send the item back to us – unless the item was received with other items, which you are not returning for the reasons above. In which case we will refund the cost of sending the item back to us only.
We are happy to offer a direct exchange for an incorrect, faulty or damaged item (subject to availability). If you request an exchange and your item is in stock will send your replacement out to you at no extra cost once we have received the original item.
If you do receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please contact our Jeva Team with your full name, order number, product code, details of the problem and whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange and a member of the team will be happy to help. To return items please follow the procedure stated in ‘How do I return an item?
We will refund the cost of the item and any subsequent delivery charges once the item has been received by us. Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to be refunded in the purchasers account.
